CORONAVIRUS (COVID-19) UPDATE

You will be pleased to know that we are still shipping as normal, however we are taking extra precautions to ensure the safety of our staff, customers and community.

We must make you aware that the current Covid-19 situation is having a negative impact on transit times, so please bear in mind that there could be a slight delay in your order arriving.

BREXIT UPDATE

As you will be aware, the UK has now left the European Union and the European common VAT area. Prices may therefore be slightly higher than what is shown on our website, should you be ordering from outside of the UK.

We must make you aware that you may, as a result, be charged import VAT and possibly additional custom fees when your order arrives in your local country.

Please check with your local customs before finalising your purchase for full details of any additional charges that may be incurred. As we explain below, under Customs, Duties and Tariffs, the tribe are not responsible for these costs and will not pay them on your behalf.

DISPATCHING ORDERS

Upon receipt of your order, we will aim to have it dispatched within 24 hours or the next working day. However, this may take longer than usual during times of high order volume.

Please note that weekends and bank holidays are not classed as a working day. If you order after 12:00pm on a Friday, we will aim to dispatch your order the following Monday. If you order after 12:00pm the day before a bank holiday, we will aim to dispatch your order the next working day.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES OR TARIFFS

Orders that are made outside of the UK will be subject to duties, tariffs and value-added tax (VAT), etc.

Please note that the tribe are not responsible for these costs, nor are they included within our shipping costs. Please contact your local customs office for further information.

RETURNS POLICY

Fear not, you won’t be kicked from the tribe for returning your item, we all know it happens every now and again!

If you do happen to be unhappy with your item(s), you can return it to us. Please read the information below before returning your item(s):

  • Any product(s) being returned or exchanged must be in unworn condition and have all original packaging and tags intact.
  • You must notify us of your request to return the item(s) via email to info@helvetiiclothing.com
  • Your notification of return must be received within 30 days of the original purchase date, as stated within your confirmation email.
  • When received at HELVETII HQ, the item(s) must be in an unworn and sellable condition with all original packaging and tags intact.
  • Please include a note with your returned item stating your full name, order number and details of the exchange or refund required.
  • The tribe do not currently offer free returns, so return postage must be paid by the customer.
  • UK exchanges will be re-shipped free of charge.
  • The customer will have to pay for the cost of shipping for EU and International exchanges.

Please be aware that all returns are undertaken at your own risk. Any item(s) being returned remain your responsibility and property until we receive them at HELVETII HQ. As such, the tribe will not be held liable for any loss or damage to the item(s) during transit.

If a returned item(s) is lost or damaged in transit, we reserve the right to withhold the full or partial refund balance. We would recommend returning your item(s) using a recorded, signed for or tracked service to avoid any of the above mentioned issues.
